Classes

Group Classes

Group classes are approximately an hour and a half long and are a safe space to learn TRE amongst other people. We will start classes by doing a check in; names, how we are and what we are looking for from TRE then move onto the exercises and the tremoring. We end the classes with some time lying down to help integrate the experience.

Everything we do in the classes is by invitation and I will encourage you to listen to what feels right for you at all times. Listening to your body and responding to your needs is an integral part of TRE. Beginners and experienced shakers welcome.

I’m not currently offering an in-person group class but if you have a few people who are interested in forming a regular group please get in touch to talk more. I’m based in North East Dartmoor but would be willing to travel locally – eg. Moretonhampstead, Chagford, Dartington, Totnes, Ashburton.

121's

I offer 121 or small group sessions in TRE which can be helpful for those wanting more support or who are nervous about group settings.

I can offer these at your home (travel expenses required if not local,) or at a venue local to me in North East Dartmoor.

The cost for a 121 is £55 for around an hour (First session will be a bit longer.) Please get in touch for more information or to book a session.

Online classes - group and 121's

I offer 121’s online and this can be done from the privacy of your own home. The cost is £55 per session which will last approximately an hour (first session will be a bit longer.)

I will be starting an online group class from Autumn 2023. The cost will be £20 per session and the session will be approximately an hour and half. If you are not an experienced shaker I recommend an initial 121 session or if you’re not able to do this then I would want to have a short (free) call with you beforehand to make sure that the online group class will suit your needs.
